Avitan Media
Internal client reporting application by Avitan Media.
Avitan Media Reporting is an internal dashboard we use to produce the weekly performance report we deliver to our advertising clients. It gathers campaign results from the advertising platforms we manage on a client's behalf and presents them in one view.
The application reads reporting data only. From the Google Ads API it retrieves campaign name, date, cost, impressions, clicks, conversions and conversion value for accounts we manage. From Google Analytics 4 it retrieves sessions, transactions and revenue by traffic channel. It also reads campaign metrics from Meta Ads and Microsoft Advertising, and order and session data from the client's own e-commerce store.
Avitan Media requests access to a Google account for one reason: to read advertising and analytics reporting data from the Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 accounts that the account owner has asked us to manage, so that the numbers appear automatically in their weekly performance report instead of being copied by hand.
Sign-in with Google is used only to confirm that the person granting access controls those accounts, and the read-only Google Ads and Google Analytics scopes are used only to retrieve aggregate campaign and traffic metrics. We do not use Google account data for advertising, profiling, training models, or any purpose other than producing the client's own report. Access can be revoked at any time in the Google account permissions page, and revoking it simply stops the report from updating.
The application is strictly read-only. It contains no code that writes to a Google account. It cannot create, pause or change campaigns, budgets, bids, keywords or assets, and it cannot alter any account setting.
Employees of Avitan Media, who operate it and prepare the reports, and the advertiser whose account the data comes from, who may receive a view-only link to their own report.
Retrieved metrics are aggregate campaign figures. No personal data is requested or stored. Data is never sold and never shared with any third party. The application is not distributed or licensed.
