These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of avitanmedia.com (the "Site") and the text messaging program operated by Danova LLC, doing business as Avitan Media ("Avitan Media," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Avitan Media provides automation, marketing and systems consulting for companies that supply the construction trade. The Site describes those services and lets you request a free audit call. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
SMS text messaging program
Program description
When you opt in on our Site, you may receive text messages from Avitan Media (operated by Danova LLC). Non-marketing messages cover your audit request, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups and account updates. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive information about our services, offers and updates. Each type of message requires its own consent, and both are optional.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of booking an audit. You can submit our form without ticking either consent box.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opting out
You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the number that messaged you. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To rejoin, text START or opt in again on the Site.

Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Privacy
Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Use of the Site
You agree to provide accurate information in any form you submit and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, or to interfere with its operation.
Intellectual property
The content on the Site, including its text and case studies, belongs to Avitan Media or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
No guarantee of results
Information on the Site and in our audit calls is provided for general business purposes. Results described in case studies reflect specific clients and are not a promise of similar results.
Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as scheduling tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avitan Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our text messages.
